Shipping Information:

Customer is responsible for shipping costs, which may vary depending on which items are purchased and where they are being shipped to. 

We do our very best to keep shipping costs low. 

RTS, in-stock items will ship within 1-3 business days; excluding weekends and holidays. Transit time is the amount of time it takes your order to arrive after it has been shipped. After your order has been shipped, transit time is out of our hands. You will receive a tracking number. If you would like to know where your order is, you may use the tracking number to see updates on your package.

If you need your items to ship by a specific date and are concerned about transit time, please contact us at sales@4littlehoots.com to request a faster shipping method.

Refund & Exchange Policy: 

Returns are not accepted.
If an error was made on our part, please email us at: info@4littlehoots.com and allow up to 48 hours for someone to be in touch regarding the issue at hand. 
If you are unhappy with any part of your small shop experience, we ask that you give us a chance to correct it. Your happiness and satisfaction is the number 1 goal of 4 Little Hoots. 

Refunds  
In stock: Items may be returned within 14 days in exchange for store credit.
Your item must be returned in it's original, unused condition for this policy to apply.
Custom: Custom purchases of any kind are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
If you receive an item that does not work for you, you may re-sell on the 4 Little Hoots B/S/T Thread in our Facebook Group -www.facebook.com/groups/578673199352853 .

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged for store credit. Unfortunately, sale, clearance, or other discounted items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Exchanges
Only defective or damaged items are eligible under the exchange policy.
